That is what I also hope for, though part of my criteria for that is their level of remorse for what they have done.

Hux has bragged to me and to others about destroying an entire star system, so while I will accept him for the sake of Kylo and my hope to see him change course, I will not trust him easily. That many lives is not a small matter. Dooku has shown me nothing to indicate he has changed his ways, and has in fact only reinforced the crimes he committed in our world with those he has committed here.

Kylo has shown me genuine conflict and difficulty over the terrible things he has done, and has also actively sought to keep the peace here. Anakin comes from before when he has destroyed Alderaan, and he is still not fallen far enough that it does not horrify him and make him wish to fix what he has done in the future here.

I disagree with you, though. I do not have to like people to remain on neutral ground with them. I do not have to agree with everything they have done to speak to them. I have been in politics for a very long time, Vanto. The essence of it is precisely that.

Did you ever hear of Mina Bonteri? I know her son Lux had some standing after her death, but I hope she was also known of during the Clone Wars.
