I ran the Ambassador's office under Mayor Baelish, and I took the liberty of putting together some files and guides that I would have found useful to have when I started that job. How we were doing things, contact information, where to find everything, how the coffee machine works and why the filing system is the way it is—nothing you can't change, obviously, but in the interests of a smooth transition I thought it would be helpful to have.

Good morning to you as well, Miss Wynne-York.

This is invaluable to me in so many ways, and I am thoroughly appreciative of you having had the thoughtfulness to take the time to write this up for me. I am still newer to this place than I had thought I would be upon first taking any office here, so to know that others are willing to help me continue to find my footing is comforting.

The contact information and the filing system in particular will help me a great deal.

The only other thing I could ask for, and considering how much you've already done it would be understandable if you said no, would be a face to face meeting with you. I hope to speak to Mayor Baelish as well at some point, but I have frequently found that assistants know more about the running of an office, and have a more candid point of view.

If you would be amenable, perhaps coffee some time soon?

I'd be delighted. I think it might also be of interest to you that our office has been heavily involved in the Wayne expansion into Maurtia Falls—Mayor Baelish is very supportive of the community outreach aspect and the benefits to our city in having Wayne Enterprises invest in it. I think it can only be to the city's benefit to have us all on the same page, so if I can make any recommendations about who else you should be reaching out to as you get settled, Bruce Wayne tops the list.
